With over 25 years of hands-on experience, Garden in the Hollow is rooted in the ever-changing seasons of northern New Jersey. From the first frost of winter to the heat of summer, each season brings its own challenges and rewards. The journey has covered everything from growing vegetables and creating landscapes to exploring soil health, organic gardening practices, pest management, beekeeping, and chicken keeping.
