Seeding out microgreens and vegetable seeds
In this video, I am preparing a tray of microgreens. Follow the seed company’s growing instructions—they are helpful in determining how many ounces of seeds to use for a 10×20 in tray. The seeds can be bought online from specialty companies that focus solely on microgreen seeds.
I also started out preparing a tray of vegetables I’ll be growing this year in my garden. The plan is to set up square foot gardens, which are supposed to be very efficient for growing a large amount of vegetables in a small space. I seeded everything from tomatoes and lettuces to Swiss chard.
The microgreens are starting to sprout, but the other seeds still need a bit more time.
